Positioning briefs from $2,500. Full GTM plans from $5,000. Most projects ship in 3-6 weeks.

Why strategy

Tactics without a plan is just busy work.

You can have great photos, a slick website, a podcast, a TikTok, an email list. None of it matters if you can't answer: who is this for, what do they need to hear, and why us.

Strategy answers those three questions first, then everything else gets cheaper, faster, and better. It's the boring part everyone wants to skip — which is exactly why most businesses bleed money on marketing that doesn't compound.

FAQ · Strategy

Common questions.

What's the difference between strategy and coaching?

Coaching is ongoing, you-driven, focused on your business. Strategy is a defined project with a concrete deliverable — positioning brief, GTM plan, campaign roadmap. Coaching answers 'what should I work on?' Strategy answers 'here's the plan, now go execute.'

Do you do strategy without execution?

Yes. The strategy deck is yours — you can execute internally, hand it to another agency, or roll it into a Sullivan Creative Subscription. We don't bundle strategy into a forced retainer. The deck is meant to be useful even if we never work together again.

How long does a strategy project take?

Most projects run 3-6 weeks depending on scope. Positioning brief: 3 weeks. Go-to-market plan: 4-5 weeks. Full quarter-by-quarter marketing roadmap with channel breakdown: 6 weeks. Faster if there's a launch on the calendar.

Bundle it · Stack it

Most people pick more than one.

Six lanes. One studio. The longer you work with me, the better it gets — that's not a sales pitch, that's just how creative work compounds.
